Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide through the website.
- The demo form collects your name, business name, email address, phone number and selected business challenge.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review your request, understand your business needs, prepare for a conversation, respond to you and provide relevant service communications.
We may also use limited technical information to validate submissions, prevent spam or misuse, maintain website security and diagnose delivery failures.
Demo submissions
Demo requests are transmitted to Zentrovex by email. The website also sends a confirmation email to the address provided. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or service agreement.
Service communications
We may use the contact details you provide to respond to a demo request, discuss the submitted assessment, arrange a conversation or communicate about a service relationship. We do not describe a form submission as consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers
Zentrovex uses Resend to deliver internal notification and confirmation emails. Information included in a form submission is provided to Resend as necessary to transmit those messages.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify that submissions are made by people rather than automated systems. Upstash provides serverless data storage for durable rate-limit state. Zentrovex sends Upstash a one-way hash derived from the network address, not the raw address itself.
External services or integrations used in a client engagement may have their own terms and privacy practices. Those arrangements should be addressed in the applicable proposal or client service agreement.
Analytics, cookies and tracking
The current public website does not add analytics tags, advertising pixels or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for website security, not advertising.
If these practices change, this policy should be updated to explain the relevant technology and choices.
Data protection
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and the website's operation. The current form implementation includes server-side validation, bot verification, durable per-network rate limiting, trusted-origin checks, request-size limits, duplicate-email protection and site-wide security headers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain submitted information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, evaluate a potential or active service relationship, meet operational or legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected. Zentrovex does not publish a fixed server-side retention period through this policy.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may ask about personal information Zentrovex holds about you or request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate business or legal requirements.
Send a written request to hello@zentrovex.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website, services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
